Is there a screenshot available of the error message? If not, can you obtain one to attach to the OSCAR ticket?
ARCOS Support will also request the following information
- What Browser are you using (IE, Chrome, Edge)? What version is that browser?
- Can you provide the steps to reproduce the error?
- Are you receiving a Java error? What version of Java are you using?
- Are you the only one experiencing the error?
- Have you attempted the Callout on another machine?
