- Go to the List Maintenance tab and click on the Roster List Ordering button. Select 'Create New Workgroup', name the list, and then select 'Save Changes'.
- Click the Roster List Ordering button again and find your newly created list. Click on the blue link chain in your list’s row.
- Click the Add Sequence button and select the same list then click on Submit.
- Click the edit button on the top list and change the List Status to Sign-On using the drop-down menu and Submit.
- Now repeat this process for your second list but select Sign-off and Submit.
- Click the Roster List Ordering button and find your list.
- Click on the blue link admin in your list’s row.
- Both of your lists will appear. Click on the first sequence (Sign-On) portion of your list.
- Set your sort and callout options for the lists.
- Set your Re-sequence Options for the list and Save Changes
- BaseDate - will be the day and time that the next list becomes effective. Must also be in the past and in the following form: mm/dd/yyyy hh24:mi
- Period - will determine the # days each list is effective.
- NumRosters - When creating a Sign-On/Sign-Off list this field determines the number of lists going forward that employees can be pre-assigned to an On or Off list status.
- Cascade - this box should always be checked to ensure future lists are updated correctly.
- Select 'Save Changes'
- Click the Roster List Ordering button and find your list.
- Click on the blue link admin in your list’s row.
- Both of your lists will appear. Click on the 2nd sequence (Sign-Off) portion of your list and repeat the steps to set sort, callout, and resequence options. Important - the Admin settings of both the Sign-On and Sign-Off lists need to match.
- Click the Roster List Ordering button and find your list.
- Click on the blue link admin in your list’s row.
- Both of your lists will appear. Click on the 2nd sequence (Sign-Off) portion of your list.
- Scroll down the page to the Edit SuperClass Config Button and click it.
- Select the location and the Class you want for your list in the dropdowns and click the Save SuperClass Config button. This will add your employees to the Sign-Off portion of your list.
- Click the Roster List Ordering button and find your list.
- Click on the blue link signon in your list’s row.
- Click the Sign On Button
- Select the employees that are on call for each week by checking their boxes under the appropriate date and hit Submit.
- Click the Roster List Ordering button and find your list.
- Click on the blue link view in your list’s row to see your newly created Sign-On/Sign-Off List.

Putting your newly created List in a “Shell”
- Go to List Maintenance Tab and click on the Roster List Ordering button.
- Create New Workgroup, name the list, and then select 'Save Changes'.
- Click the Roster List Ordering button again and find your “Shell” list. Click on the blue link chain in your list’s row.
- Click the Add Sequence button and select your newly created list that was created in the above steps, change the List Status to Sign-On using the drop-down menu and Submit. (Ours is called 'Sign-On Set Up' in our screenshot and we'll reference it as such from here on.)
- Click the Add Sequence button and select the Sign-On Set Up list again, change the List Status to Sign-On using the drop-down menu and Submit.
- A delay may be added between list calling.
- Click the Roster List Ordering button. Un-check the Enable box of the list used for setting up the Sign-On portion (original list).Click Save Display Orders.
- Click on the blue link View in your list’s row to see your newly created Sign-On List Shell.
Note: The newly created “Shell” now houses just the Sign-On portion of the list, called 2 times with a 5-minute delay before calling the list a 2nd time.
When creating a Callout, only the 2019 Conference Shell is available for selection since the Sign-On Set Up List wasn’t Enabled.
