The Pointer Reset page is used to mass reset pointers on multiple rosters within a location. All lists within the location can be reset or just select rosters. This page can also act as a report you can view how many people are on a list and the position of the pointer including the employee it is assigned to.
To Reset all Pointers for Current Location

Click the Pointer Reset button on the List Mnt tab. The Pointer Reset All page will display.

Uncheck the checkbox next to any lists that do not need their pointer reset.

Click the Reset all Pointers button.
Hover over any of the fields below and when your mouse pointer turns into a pointing finger, click that link for further information about the field.

Check: This checkbox is used to deselect and select rosters that will have their pointer reset.

Roster Name: The name of the Roster or Workgroup.

Pointer Position: This is the current list order position of the pointer.

Pointer Employee: The name of the employee who currently has the pointer.

# Employees: The number of employees who are currently on the list.
