The Roster Viewer is a report that allows the multiple lists from multiple locations to display for a point in time. This report uses the following filters location, a specific date and time, roster list(s), and roster list status(es). Once the report is generated, lists meeting the search criteria are displayed in the same format as the Roster View format.
To Generate the Roster Viewer

Click the Roster Viewer button on the List Mnt tab. The Roster Viewer selection screen displays.

Select the Location(s) to report on.
Note: You can click and drag or <Ctrl> + click to select multiple business units, divisions, or op centers.

Click the calendar icon to select the roster effective date to view.

Select the desired Roster List(s).
Note: You can click and drag or <Ctrl> + click to select multiple roster classes.

Select the List Status(es) to view.
Note: You can click and drag or <Ctrl> + click to select multiple roster list statuses.

Check the Hide Empty Rosters checkbox, to hide empty rosters.

Check the First Duty Group Only checkbox, to display only employees who are members of the same duty group as the first employee on the list.

Click Generate Report, to display the report in the same window, -OR-
Click Generate in New Window, to leave the current window open and display the report in a new window. - OR -
Click Save to save the report. See Saving a Report for more information on this functionality.
