The OT Mass Entry page allows users to add the same overtime hours to multiple people within a location at the same time. When the OT Mass Entry page is loaded, employees are listed in alphabetical order based on their Primary Class.
To Update Overtime Hours for Multiple Employees

Click the OT Mass Entry button on the List Mnt tab. A list of all employees in the location will appear.

Enter the overtime details in the Master Source Entry section of the table.
Note: If the number of hours will vary among the employees, enter a value in the Hours field and make the changes while selecting employees (See step 3).

Click the Select All button, next to a Primary Class, to apply the hours to all members of the Primary Class. – OR –
Check the Sync checkbox next to the employees the hours will be applied to.
Note: If the Hours field or any other field is different than the Master Source Entry fields, change the necessary items while selecting employees.

Click the Save button at the top or the bottom of the page.
Note: The Hide button next to the Primary Class can be used to hide all employees from a particular Primary Class. This can be used to hide Primary Classes that will not receive the hours and to minimize scrolling in locations with a large number of employees. (If the Hide button is clicked for a Primary Class that has employees checked to have the hours applied, all fields will be cleared and need to be re-entered.)
