The List Mnt>OT button provides access to the list of current Level 4 employees from which their OT Hours can be manually updated per pay period basis. Callout hours worked and refused appear on this page.
To Update Existing OT Hours for an Employee

Click the OT button on the ListMnt tab.

Click the employee's name. The Overtime Data Entry page displays.

Select the pay period the record that is being modified is in.

Click in the Hours* cell and enter the new hours, - OR -
Click in the Start Date field to change the date or time of the work, - OR -
Click the Result dropdown to change the result of the call and enter a reason for the change in the Comment field.

Click the Save button.
To Manually add OT Hours for an Employee

Click the OT button on the ListMnt tab.

Click the employee's name. The Overtime Data Entry page displays.

Select the pay period the record will be added to.

Enter the start date and time in the Start Date field.

Enter the number of hours in the Hours* field.

Select the paycode type from the Paycode dropdown.

Select the overtime flag from the OT Flag dropdown.

Enter the reason for the added hours to in the Comment field.

Click the Save button.
