The Gaps View Report allows users to see at-a-glance the total number employees on the on-call and backup statuses combined. Using color coding, the Gaps View Report also allows users to quickly tell if there is no one assigned to the on-call or backup list for a duty week. Green in the date cell indicates at least one employee is on each of the on-call and backup statuses for the roster period. Yellow indicates either on-call or backup list does not have anyone covering one of the statuses for the roster period. Red indicates there is no one covering either the on-call nor the backup statuses.
