If the Mobile app is logging you out, validate the following settings:
- The user has "Background App Refresh" enabled for the ARCOS Mobile app.
- Found in the user’s phone Settings > ARCOS Mobile
- How is the user closing their app when they are done accessing it?
- Clicking the home button?
- Are they clicking the Home (iOS) button or the Overview (Android) button and closing the app completely?
- What version of the ARCOS Mobile app is the user running?
- For Android - while in the app, click the three hamburger line menu icon in the top right of the screen to display the version number (rev: ####).
- For iOS - while in the app, click on the three hamburger line menu icon in the top left of the screen, select 'Home', then click on 'My Account' or the circular icon with a person in it to display the version number at the bottom of the screen.
- Is the "keep me logged in" checkbox checked?
- If yes, they shouldn't be logged out unless there is another setting within the users’ phone or an issue with the users’ session.
- If the "keep me logged in" option did not function appropriately, this would be a global issue and would be reported by numerous ARCOS Mobile users.
