Log into your ARCOS Backoffice via https://prod.rostermonster.com/
Go to the "Employee" tab
(Your tabs may look different depend on what is configured)
Click on "Search"
Click on "Search by:" and select an option
Enter in the "Search Text" and select "Submit"
Find the correct user and select "password"
Check the box for "Password Reset"
Enter a "Temporary Password" (Reminder it needs to be at least 8 characters)
Click "Submit"
You will be returned to the Employee list with the following if successful
