Enabling the roster filters on the Arcos Mobile Plus App

Details

Mobile app users have the ability to see Primary Location, Primairy Classification, and Current Statuses of roster members on the Roster Call Order page on the Mobile Plus app.

Solution

• On the Roster Call Order page, users can enable the following roster filters:
  • Primary Location.
  • Primary Classification.
  • Current Status.

• Step-by-step instructions
  • On the home page of the Mobile Plus app, select My Account.

• • Select the Roster Tab.

• • Select a Roster on the Roster Page.

• • Select the funnel shaped icon on the bottom right of your screen.

• • Toggle to enable the roster filters listed. 

• • You can now see the roster members primary class, primary Location and current status.
