Admins or users with Security access to Sys Admin > User Login Admin > Edit access can add the "Unlock Account" feature on the Employee – Modify page. This feature can be used to unlock a user/employee’s account without having to reset their password, and it will also reset the bad login attempts to zero.
Steps:
- Select Sys Admin > User Login Admin
- Check the box next to option “Allow "Unlock" account on Employee Modify and Password pages?” Under Login features.
- Select SAVE.
- Navigate to Employee > Modify and select any employee’s profile.
- The Unlock Account feature should now be listed under Reset VRU PIN and Web.
- The feature will be grayed out if the employee/user’s is NOT locked.
