The setting for enabling the First Time User login experience currently applies to the login experience on
the Web only. The First Time User login experience is always enabled for the legacy ARCOS Mobile app
as well as the Mobile+ app. Meaning that if the setting was disabled, the Web users would NOT see the
option to use the First Time User login experience while Mobile users would still have that option.
This setting will apply to both the Web and the Mobile+ app.
Note: This change does NOT apply to the legacy Mobile app, those users will still see the First Time User
login option.
Impact to Your Account
If your account already has the Allow first time user setup and login? setting enabled, nothing will
change.
If your account does NOT have the Allow first time user setup and login? setting enabled, Mobile+ users
will not be able to use the First Time User login option.
Enable First Time User Login
If you would like to enable the Allow first time user setup and login? setting, go to Sys Admin > User
Login Admin > Allow first time user setup and login? and check that box.
