User is unsure of login information:
- Is the user receiving an error message when they attempt to log in to the Mobile app?
- Username or Password Issue
- Have they attempted to use the "Forgot Password" link?
- If yes and that did not work, an internal administrator should be able to validate their username and/or reset their password/PIN.
- Verify what the user is entering in the Company field.
- Provide the correct Company SCHEMA as needed.
- Have they ever logged in to ARCOS before?
- If no, recommend using the "First Time User" link.
- Username or Password Issue
