Enhanced Badge Display When Values Extend Outside Panel
What is changing:
ARCOS has enhanced Crew Manager Perspective view to adjust badges with long values for attributes to fit within a resized Crew panel so they no longer extend outside as seen in the example.

Created New TimeCompare Formula
What is changing:
A new formula type has been created that allows the user to compare the two Date/Time attributes. The new formal is timeCompare.
The formula returns the difference between Date/Time values in hours. The formula accepts two arguments which are names of Date/Time attributes.
Alternatively, PIT may be used as an argument and will evaluate the current PIT selection.
example: timeCompare(ArrivalTime, DepartureTime)

This change is being made to give Crew Manager admins more flexibility in how they build View Sets.

New Callout Enhancements
Increased SIREN Mass Call Message Limit
What is changing:
ARCOS has doubled the SIREN Mass Calling message limit to 1,000 characters.

All ARCOS SIREN Mass Calling customers will receive this update.

Updated SMS and Vertical Calling Functionality
What is changing:
ARCOS has updated the Vertical Calling method when SMS is enabled. Users who have device #1 which is SMS capable, that device receives a call and a text before device #2 is contacted. If device #2 is SMS capable, it will get a text and a call after device #1 has been contacted.

New Platform Enhancements
Updated Loader Process Logic to Not Duplicate Existing Attributes
What is changing:
When loading Crew Manager Resources via CMR1 load, attribute assignments that previously existed will remain unchanged.
Before this change, the CMR1 load would end all attribute assignments and start a new assignment even if the assigned value was the same.
This change is being made to enhance the loader process for the CMR1 files.

Added Link For Customer Feedback
What is changing:
A Feedback Forum link has been added to the User Name dropdown menu available in the platform header allowing customers to submit product feedback to the ARCOS team.
