New Crew Manager Enhancements

Enhanced Lodging Summary and Lodging Detail

What is changing:

ARCOS has enhanced Crew Manager with the addition of a new formula, "capacityData" which calculates the quantity or rate of the room type entered of customer created Lodging attributes only.

The API also been updated to display this information.

Who is involved:

All ARCOS Crew Manager customers will receive this update.

What you need to do:

No further action is necessary to implement this change.

New API Enhancements

Enhanced Search Capabilities for Crew Manager

What is changing:

ARCOS has added a search parameter to the Crew Manager API. Users now have the ability to add ‘name’ to returns when searching for Crews, Resources, and/or and Lodgings.

For instance:

• Crew search:
  • cm/crews?attr=crews;name:Support
• Resource search:
  • cm/resources?attr=Vehicle;name:Charger
• Lodging search:
  • cm/lodgings?attr=lodgings;name:Knights Inn

New Mobile Enhancements

Added Chained Roster Functionality

What is changing:

ARCOS has updated the Mobile App to allow users to view the employees included on all lists in a chain. While accessing a roster through the Admin tab, checking the Include Roster Chains option will display all the employees included in the selected roster.

All ARCOS Mobile customers will receive this update.
