New Callout Enhancements

Enhanced Callout Detail Report

What is changing:

ARCOS has enhanced Callout Detail Report, available in the Reports tab, to allow users to filter by Event date. The option ‘Use Arcos Event Dates’ has been added to the Date Range section of the Callout Detail Report allowing the user to filter the report by Date, Event or both. When checked the Start Date is updated to the selected Event or the earliest Event Start Date when multiple Events are selected. The End Date will reflect the Event selected but will display as “today” if the selected Event ends in the future or multiple Events are selected. When the report is generated, the data is limited to only display items that meet the search criteria.

All ARCOS Callout customers will receive this update.

New Crew Manager Enhancements

Enhanced to Allow for Resource Sorting in the Crew Panel

What is changing:

ARCOS has updated the SortBy logic in Crew Manager to allow for Resources to be sorted within the Crew Panel. Resources will be listed alphabetically or numerically in the Crew Panel based on the user’s SortBy selection.

Who is involved:

All ARCOS Crew Manager customers that have Resources will receive this update.
