Enhanced Reports to Include Filtering By Event Dates
What is changing:
ARCOS has enhanced several Callout Detail and Summary Reports to allow users to filter by Event date. When an ARCOS Event is selected from the menu, the Date Range will update to the associated Event when the Use Arcos Event Dates button is enabled.
If the selected Event has no associated Start Date the user will receive a pop-up message.
This enhancement, available in the Reports tab, affects the following reports:
- Callout Detail
- Callout Detail Report
- Callout Audit Report
- Callout Comparison Report
- Daily Log Report
- Callout Summary
- Callout Rollup Report
- Callout Adjusted Rollup Report
- Callout Recap Report
- Out-of-District Callout Activity Report

Updated Formatting on Exported Reports
What is changing:
ARCOS has updated the formatting of generated reports that are Export to XLS throughout the platform to remain consistent with how it appears within the web application.

New Crew Manager Enhancements
Added Member Level SMS Attribute Filter Option in Lodging Mode
What is changing:
ARCOS has enhanced Lodging Mode within Crew Manager to include a filter option for Member Level SMS Attribute when sending notifications.
From the Lodging Assignment modal that opens when the email button is clicked, users can select from the Member Level SMS Attribute menu which will display members whose attributes contain “phone”, SMS”, or “text” only.

Enhanced Attribute Values and Display Settings Table
What is changing:
ARCOS has enhanced the Values and Display Settings table within Crew Manager to include any Complex Data Values that may be added.
Any Complex Data Values that are added while editing an Attribute in the View Set Panel will be included and displayed in the header of the Values and Displays Settings table once saved.

New sMART Enhancements
Enhanced to Include the Ability to Add and Edit Customers
What is changing:
ARCOS has enhanced sMART to allow the user to add and/or edit Companies within the application. Selecting Administer Companies from the Report drill down menu displays the + Add Company button.
When selected, users can add a new Company in the Add Company modal that opens.
Click Save and the new Company appears in the list within the report.
Click on any name listed in the report to edit. Select the Delete button to remove entirely from the list.

New API Enhancements
Updated Schedules/Records API Call
What is changing:
ARCOS has improved ERROR messaging when a POST API call to the scheduled endpoint has a missing or improperly formatted start or end time. Users will receive either of the following:
- Start Time missing: ‘startTime is either empty or has the invalid format’
- End Time missing: ‘endTime is either empty or has the invalid format’
Who is involved:
All ARCOS API customers that have Resources will receive this update.
