New Crew Manager Enhancements

Enhanced Attribute Modal

What is changing:

ARCOS has enhanced the Attribute Modal within Crew Manager allowing the table header to remain fixed in place while scrolling.

All ARCOS Crew Manager customers will receive this update.

What you need to do:

No further action is necessary to implement this change.

New Incident Manager Enhancements

Enhanced My IM Schedule

What is changing:

ARCOS has enhanced the My IM Schedule functionality, available in the dropdown menu under the user name. The Request Schedule button in the Incident Manager Schedule window, when selected, allows the user to create a year-long schedule with the purpose of avoiding running unnecessary database queries.

A banner will display at the top of the page informing the user that the request has been placed. Once completed, the user will receive a notification as well as an update within the banner to click the Page Refresh button to view.

The last built schedule will be displayed. Users have the option to display as Calendar or Table view using the View buttons available at the top of the schedule.
