Enhanced Report to Include Filtering By Event Dates
What is changing:
ARCOS has enhanced additional reports to also include the Use Event Dates functionality which was previously mentioned in the 21.20 Change List.
The additional reports include:
- Callout Report by Operator
- Long-term Report
- Callout Hours Report
When the user selects an ARCOS Event from the menu, the Date Range will update to the associated Event when the Use Arcos Event Dates button is enabled.
If the selected Event has no associated Start Date the user will receive a pop-up message.

All ARCOS Callout customers will receive this update.

No further action is necessary to implement this change.
Enhanced to Allow for Variable EventID Attribute in Callout Crew Templates
What is changing:
ARCOS has enhanced the Callout Crew Template functionality to give the user the ability to define an EventID Attribute rather than having to choose from the listed options within the menu.
Who is involved:
All ARCOS Callout customers will receive this update.

Enhanced Stats Dashboard to Allow for Filtering of API Calls
What is changing:
ARCOS has updated the Stats page to allow for the filtering of Failed vs Successful API calls within the Type menu including:
- INbound GET calls made to the ARCOS REST API
- INbound Edit calls such as POST/PUT/DELETE
- INbound Total API calls
- OUTbound calls from the ARCOS SOAP API
- OUTbound Total API calls
Who is involved:
All ARCOS customers who use the API service will receive this update.

New Resource Assist Enhancements
Enhanced Responder Portal to Allow For User Edits
What is changing:
ARCOS has enhanced the Resource Assist Responder Portal to give Responders the ability to edit the Company Name field. The displayed name for a connected Requester will also updated in the ARCOS platform if they exactly match the Company Name previously entered. Resource attributes will reflect the new name when the next sync occurs.
All updates will be recorded on the Listing History page available in the Administration tab within the Responder Portal.
Who is involved:
All ARCOS Resource Assist and Crew Manger customers may notice an update from a Responding Partner if an edit has occurred.
