New Mobile Enhancements

Added Support for SMS Only Attribute

What is changing:

ARCOS has added support for SMS Only Attributes for SIREN to Callout Create in the Mobile App. Users now have the ability to Create/Activate a Callout or Notification that has the SMS-only attribute enabled within the Mobile App now that it is supported.

Who is involved:

All ARCOS Mobile customers will receive this update.

What you need to do:

No further action is necessary to implement this change, but contact Support to enable the SMS Only attribute.

Implemented Single Logout Feature

What is changing:

ARCOS has added an SLO, Single Logout, feature within the Mobile App which allows the user to log out from a single session and be automatically logged out of all related sessions that were established during SSO.

Who is involved:

All ARCOS Mobile customers are eligible to receive this update.

Please contact ARCOS Professional Services to enable this feature.
