The Option “Mobile PIN Login after token expiration in days” has been added within the Sys Admin > User Login Admin page allowing administrators to set the amount of time the user can log in using their PIN after expiration.

New RA Lite Enhancements
Added Ability for Resource Assist Users to Send Migration Invitations to Responders
What is changing:
ARCOS has added the ability for licensed Resource Assist users to send a migration invitation to Responders, and RA Lite users, to migrate to the Resource Assist portal. If an email associated with the Connection is recognized as a registered RA Lite user, the Requester can share and send an invitation to migrate to Resource Assist.
Selecting OK in the pop-up sends the Responder/RA Lite user an email including a link that takes the responder to the portal login page.
Once logged in using their RA Lite credentials the Invitation details are displayed along with a Migrate button to initiate the process.
Once the migration process is complete, the user will be prompted to re-login using the same credentials resulting in full Resource Assist access.
This enhancement allows connected Requesters and Responders to coordinate and follow up within the Resource Assist application after an event.
