Added Generic System Alert
What is changing:
ARCOS has expanded the existing Alerts function to include a new generic alert which notifies users to various system-wide errors such as Callout application, SSO, API, etc.
To receive this error, users must subscribe to System-Wide Alerts which can be configured per Location by a company administrator in the Alerts tab within the Sys Admin module.
Who is involved:
All ARCOS customers who subscribe to system-wide alerts will receive this update.

Added Ability to Clear User Filters
What is changing:
ARCOS has added the ability to clear user application filters. While logged into the system, the Active Users are displayed at the bottom of the window.
Clicking this link opens the Active User details page displaying all users logged into the platform. A Clear Filters button has been added to the Actions section for each listed user. Clicking this button will clear any filters the listed user has applied during their session.

Added SOC 3 Audit Report Download Link
What is changing:
We have added the SOC 3 report which outlines information related to ARCOS’ internal controls for security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality or privacy, available to all customers for download in the platform from the Documents link under User Name or as an OSCAR user when logged into the OSCAR Portal.

All ARCOS customers will receive this update.

New Callout Enhancements
Added SMS Security Feature
What is changing:
ARCOS has added a security feature to enable the SMS option by the Security Group. Administrators have the ability to make the SMS option available to edit within the Device Information section of the Employee Modify page by selecting the Edit SMS Enable option in the Security tab of the Sys Admin module.
Until this option is enabled by Security Group the employee is associated with, the SMS option will not be available on their Employee Modify page.
Note: This change is just for the Employee Modify Screen in the Web Application and does not affect the Employee Edit SMS Device security for the Mobile App.

New Resource Assist Enhancements
Updated User Invite Requirements
What is changing:
ARCOS has updated the requirements when inviting users to Resource Assist for an event. The character limit for email addresses is 40 characters and users will receive the error message “Your email address cannot be more than 40 characters” if attempting to invite responding partners whose addresses exceed this limit.

All ARCOS Resource Assist customers will receive this update.

New API Enhancements
Added schedules/sync API
What is changing:
ARCOS has removed the schedules action option from the cm/sync API and created the new schedules/sync API.
Who is involved:
All ARCOS API customers with the /schedules endpoint will receive this update.
