Updated DR Test Results
What is changing:
ARCOS has updated the Disaster Recovery Test Results for Q3. To view, select the Download Latest DR Test Results link in the Documentation link available in the user name menu or as an OSCAR user when logged into the OSCAR Portal through the link available in the Announcements section:

Updated Layout Settings
What is changing:
ARCOS has made updates to the layout settings in a few pages within the platform, including, but not limited to, My Account Admin, Rest Config, Online Documentation, and Resource Types as seen in the examples below. The relative formatting remains the same and there is no change in functionality.

All ARCOS customers will receive this update.

No further action is necessary to implement this change.
Updated Alerts Interface
What is changing:
ARCOS has updated the Template View and Template Create pages available in the Alerts tab with the Sys Admin module to reflect the Alerts updates made in the 21.30 production release.

New Callout Enhancements
Enhanced SMS Delay
What is changing:
ARCOS has enhanced the SMS delay when creating a Callout, to include the addition of decimals to define the delay.
For example, a 20-second delay can now be entered as .33 minutes in the SMS Delay field.

All ARCOS Callout customers will receive this update.

New API Enhancements
Update Schedules API
What is changing:
ARCOS has updated the schedules/employeeSchedules API to have the skipEmpty parameter be the default when making the call. Only employeeSchedule elements that contain at least one shiftAssignment, scheduleShift, or scheduleException will appear when the call is made, the same response when skipEmpty=parameter1 is used.

All ARCOS API customers with the /schedules endpoint will receive this update.
