When you select the parameters for which you wish to create a report in ARCOS, in addition to Generating the Report, Generating the Report in a New Window, or Reset the selection criteria, you can also Save the report.
Saving the report allows you to access the report and run it again at a later date or time. It also allows you to share the report with other ARCOS users.
To Save a Report's Filters for Later Use

Select the report you wish to run.

When presented with the setup screen for the report, click Save Report. The Saved Reports - Save New screen displays.

Enter a description of the report in the Description field.

Select No, View, or View + Edit from the Public? dropdown menu.

Select the Selection Start and Selection End parameters, if desired.
Note: The Offset is the number of days or hours the date/time search range that is selected for the report. A negative value means the date range is set in the past.

Click Save. The report setup is now saved and is added to the Existing Saved Reports table.
