Mobile Plus Download and Setup

Download Instructions

Go to the Google Play or Apple app store and search for “arcos mobile plus” or scan the QR codes below.

Setup Instructions

Company = your company acronym in the ARCOS system

Username = same username as the ARCOS website and legacy ARCOS mobile app

Password = same password as the ARCOS website and legacy ARCOS mobile app

1. Enter your login credentials you use for the existing ARCOS Mobile App or ARCOS website
   • All login information is the same as the login information you use for the old app and ARCOS website
2. If this is your first time logging in to ANY ARCOS system and you do NOT have a password
   • Enter your username and company code
     • Select ‘First Time User’ at the bottom right of the screen
   • Enter the requested information
     • Enter a phone number you use to receive Callouts
     • Enter the same PIN you use for Callouts
   • Choose a password
3. Login using your company Single Sign On credentials
   • Enter your ‘Username’ and the ‘Company’
   • Select ‘Sign in With SSO’
   • Enter your company issued SSO credentials
4. That’s it! All your work information will import to the new app automatically

NOTE: If you already have the legacy ARCOS mobile app installed on your device, both mobile apps will be functional for the time being. Running both apps on your device means you will receive duplicate notifications.  Eventually, the legacy ARCOS mobile app will be shut down.
