Callout Report for Closed Callouts

Once the callout is closed, you can access the Callout Detail Report from the Reports tab under Callout Detail. There are two new buttons in this section: Callout Detail and Detail by Callout ID.

Callout Detail uses the standard report generator and also allows you to filter by callout class and callout type. Detail by Callout ID allows you to go directly to a single callout by entering the Callout ID of the callout you wish to view in the field. When you click a Callout ID link on the report page, the View Callout by ID Report displays. The Callout ID, edit, and CO ID on this report are all links that take you to the Callout Detail Report or the Callout Edit page, respectively.
