Callout Detail Report Notes Table

The Notes table contains all Notes that have been entered for the callout and only displays if the callout has Notes attached to it. Notes are entered for a callout on the Callout Edit page.

Field	Explanation
Date Added	Date and time the note was originally added to the callout.
Added by User	Name of the user who added the note.
Note	Contents of the note.
