The Rolling list method rotates all qualified employees to the bottom of the list after each callout, if they are considered for callout based on their qualifications. The Rolling list method is controlled by the roster preference Roll . This is a textbox on the on the Roster List Administration page that has four unique rolling methods as described below.
If Roll is set to 1, employees are rolled to the bottom of the list after they have been called or attempted. Changes made to the sorting due to rolling are cascaded to the next list date.
Note: If an employee is skipped because they were on an exception and unavailable for the callout, they will still be rolled to the bottom of the list.
Example: Roster list order at the start of the callout is A, B, C, D and E. A declined, B received the Answering Machine result, C was not called due to being on Rest, D Accepted the callout and E was not called. A, B, C and D will roll to the bottom of the list. If no other callouts are created for the list before the resequence date the roster order for the next resequence date will be E, A, B, C and D.
If Roll is set to 2, employees are rolled to the bottom of the list after they have been called or attempted. Changes made to the sorting due to rolling are NOT cascaded to the next list date.
Note: If an employee is skipped because they were on an exception and unavailable for the callout, they will still be rolled to the bottom of the list.

If Roll is set to 3, only employees who have accepted the callout will roll to the bottom of the list. Changes made to the sorting due to rolling are cascaded to the next list date.
