NoRPSW Roster Preference

The NoRPSW (No Roll Prior to Shift Work) roster preference is a text box that will appear in the Roster Administration page, in which you can enter in a value represented in minutes. If an employee, whom would normally be rolled, has a shift with a start time during the specified number of minutes from the start time of the callout they are were called for, the employee will not be rolled. If the employee being called has shift record with a start time outside of the specified number of minutes from the start time of the callout they were called for, they will be rolled occurring to the selected roll operation, normal roll behavior.

For example, consider a roster that has NoRPSW set to 90 minutes and Roll set to 1, an employee is rolled to the bottom of the list after they have been called or attempted. Employee A has a shift that starts at 9:30, Employee B has a shift that starts at 10:00, and the start time of the callout is 08:00. After Employee A has been called, Employee A will not be Rolled since Employee A’s shift starts within 90 minutes. When Employee B is called, Employee B will be rolled to the bottom of the list since Employee B’s shift starts over 90 minutes after the start time of the callout.
