LineDept

The LineDept roster preference determines if new or "old" charging rules will be applied to the list for Prearranged (12), Early Prearranged (18), and Last Hour (13) callout types. If the preference is checked, the roster follows "New Charging Rules."

Old and New charging rules are described below.

1. • New Charging Rules: Employees are not charged for the following callout types Prearranged (12), Early Prearranged (18), and Last Hour (13).

   • Old Charging Rules: Normal charging rules will be applied when the LineDept checkbox is unchecked for Prearranged (12), Early Prearranged (18), and Last Hour (13) callout types.
