ExAND - Excuse non-Accept Results

The ExAND roster preference, when enabled, ARCOS will excuse all results except for declines. (Employees who respond with a declined result will still be charged.)

Below is a list of some results that are excused.

• Hang-up with No Input

• Hang-up with Input

• Telephone Ring no Answer

• Answering Machine

• Answering Machine Intercept

• Invalid Entry Errored Out
