Schedule Records can be copied to any other record cell on the Schedule. If the schedule being copied overlaps a regular shift , the shift record turns gray.
If the schedule being copied is a shift, when the copied shift is saved into a new record cell, it displays in red. See Employee Schedule Selectors for information on using the Selectors.
To Copy a Schedule Record Using Select

Click the Schedule tab. The Schedule screen displays.

Click either 7 Day View or 14 Day View. The appropriate Day View displays.

Apply any of the Selectors, as appropriate, to locate the employees to which you wish to assign a record.

Click Copy in the Tools field.

Select the Schedule Record to be copied. The Source Schedule Record is highlighted in yellow.

Click a checkbox or multiple checkboxes in the Select column to select individual employees to copy the schedule record to, - OR -
Click the word "Select" in the column header to select all employees currently displayed.
Note: If you are copying the same column as the source Schedule Record, deselect the checkbox in that record's row. You cannot copy to the source Schedule Record.

Deselect any checkboxes that are in a row where the source Schedule Record is not to be copied, if applicable.

Click in the cell of any selected employee to where you wish to copy the source Schedule Record.

Click in record cells for other days to continue copying, if necessary.

Click Save. The copied Schedule Records display.
