The Events filter on the Day views in the Schedule module enables you to display different types of records, including Shifts, Callouts, Other Work (holdover, fill shift, mutual aid, travel, etc.), Exceptions , and Available employees. This filter allows you to filter out events so that you see less information on the screen; all events are chosen when you initially view the Day View page. By unchecking any combination of the choices in the Events dropdown window , you restrict which exceptions you see.
In addition to the Events filter you can use the NoRecFilt click-to-toggle filter to restrict the employees you see based on the selected event types. The NoRecFilt click-to-toggle filter support three filtering modes: NoRecFilt, ExNoRec and OnlyNoRec.
-
NoRecFilt: No Record Filters, allows all employees to be displayed regardless of the event types selected in the Events filter.
-
ExNoRec: Exclude No Records, when selected, all employees who do not have an event type matching the selected types in the Events filter are hidden in the current schedule view.
-
OnlyNoRec: Only No Records, when selected, ARCOS will only display employees who do not have events matching the selected events in the Events filter.
Note: If viewing a multiple day view, employees will be listed if they do not have matching criteria on at least one day, regardless of their schedules on the other days.
