Schedule Records can be copied to any other record cell on the Schedule. If the schedule being copied overlaps a regular shift , the shift record turns gray.
If the schedule being copied is a shift, when the copied shift is saved into a new record cell, it displays in red. See Employee Schedule Selectors for information on using the Selectors.
Note: If a schedule type does not exist in the Event Type dropdown on the Schedule Record Add pop-up, then it can not be copied to another employee.
To Copy a Single Schedule Record One Employee

Click the Schedule tab. The Schedule screen displays.

Click either 1 Day View, 7 Day View or 14 Day View. The appropriate Day View displays.

Apply any of the filters, as appropriate, to locate the employees to copy the assign the exception.

Click Copy in the Tools field.

Click on the Schedule Record to be copied. The Source Schedule Record is highlighted in yellow.
Click the Schedule Record again to deselect the record.

Click the cell to assign the copied exception. The selected cell turns pink.
Click the cell again to deselect the copy to cell.

Click Save. The copied Schedule Records display.
