You can delete shifts using either the 8 Week View or the 16 Week View.
The instructions below use the 8 Week View. See Employee Schedule Selectors for information on using the selectors to narrow your list of employees.
To Delete a Shift

Click the Schedule tab. The Schedule screen displays.

Click 8 Week View. The 8 Week View Schedule displays.

Apply any of the filters, as appropriate, to locate the employees for which you wish to delete a schedule.

Click Assign shift in the Tools section to display the available list of shifts.

Select None from the list.

Click the shift or shifts you wish to delete. The shift disappears from the column as you select it and is replaced with a pink background, indicating it is not yet saved.

Click Save in the Submit section.
The screen refreshes and the message, "Data saved -success." displays in the Submit window. The shift or shifts have now been deleted.
