ARCOS allows users to copy a series of shift records or a rotating shift period from one employee to another and copy the shift series x weeks into the future all in one shot.
To Copy a Rotating Shift from one Employee to Another
For the steps below, use the following image as a reference.

Click either the 16 week or 8 week view on the Schedule tab.

Click the Copy button in the Tools section. ARCOS displays the #copies menu.

Select the number of times you want to copy the rotating shift into the future from the #copies menu.

Click on the first week of the rotating shift to copy.
Example: Click on the 1/13 week (the Week 1 shift) for Kayla.

Click on each of the remaining shifts in the rotation.
Example: Click on the 1/20, 1/27 and 2/3 weeks for Kayla.

Click on the first week selected again, to finalize the copy selection. The selected shifts highlight in yellow.
Example: Click on the 1/13 week (the Week 1 shift) again for Kayla’s schedule. The selected shifts highlight in yellow.

Click in the cell corresponding to the week the rotating shift will begin for an employee. ARCOS adds the shift series to the selected employee starting with the selected week and highlights the cells pink to indicate the changes have not been saved.
Note: If you wish to copy the same shift rotation to multiple employees and the rotation will start on the same day for all employees, check the Select checkbox next to the employees’ names prior to clicking in the first week of the rotation. When the Select checkbox is checked for multiple employees, ARCOS will make the same change to all selected employees.

Click the Save button to save changes.
