The Bid Process is undertaken periodically by companies to establish their workforce for the next calendar segment. As an employee, this is your opportunity to bid for the shifts and schedule that you prefer. Typically, this process is done by seniority, with those workers who have worked there the longest having privileges to go first.
If there is a current bid underway, your Home Page, after you log in, will display the information under the Announcements section.
You will also be able to click on the Bidding Tab and the resulting page will show a summary of any current Shift Bidding that is open as well as any Paid Time Off Bidding that is open (if your company bids for PTO). In this case, there is an Shift Bid underway.
Either the "View" link above, or the "Bid" link from your Home Page will take you to the next page where you will enter your bid line (or schedule) preferences.
It is here where you will select which shift schedules you would prefer, and in which order RosterApps should use your choices. Click on the checkboxes in order of the bid lines you prefer, starting with the one you want the most. As you proceed through the process, RosterApps will assign order numbers to the bid lines you check off, and update the top of the table with the number of bid lines that you have remaining to select.
