Storm periods are used wave any charges or credits an employee receives during a storm.
To Create a Storm Period

Click the Storm button on the Sys Admin tab.

Click the New Storm Period button.

Type a description in the Description textbox.

Use the Calendar Pickers to select the Start and End times for the new Storm Period.

Click the edit button next to Locations to select locations that will observe the new Storm Period.

Click the Save button.
Note: If a callout is created prior to the Storm Period being declared and should be part of the Storm Period, the start time of the Storm Period can be changed to a time prior to the start time of the callout and all affected employees will receive an Excused Due to Storm Period result.
To Modify an Existing Storm Period

Click the Storm button on the Sys Admin tab.

Click the ID of the Storm Period to modify, - OR -
Use the Start and End time Calendar Pickers to select a search range for Storm Periods.
Note: Active Storm Periods are highlighted in red.

Make the desired changes.

Click the Save button.
To Delete an Existing Storm Period
-
Click the Storm button on the Sys Admin tab.

Click the ID of the Storm Period to modify, - OR -
-
Use the Start and End time Calendar Pickers to select a search range for Storm Periods.
Note: Active Storm Periods are highlighted in red.

Click the Delete this Period button.

Click the OK button on the confirmation pop-up.
