Failed Message

This screen, which is not used by all companies, allows you to search for failed messages (such as the ones to Rod or ARM), view the details, delete or retry the message. If you have super user access, you can also see any non-WSI messages that have failed, such as VruCallout, EmailAlert, EmailCallout, or VruTest. Also – these message types are abbreviated:  vc, ea, ec.

To Access the Failed Message Screen

1. Click the Sys Admin tab. The main System Administration page displays.

2. Click the Failed Msg button. The Failed OB Message Admin screen displays.

   

3. Select a Start Date and End Date for the report.

4. Click Generate Report or Generate in New Window if you prefer to view the results in a new window. The messages that meet the selected date criteria display.

   

5. Click the link in the MsgId column if you wish to view the details for a selected message. You can retry or delete the message from this page.
