Stats Dashboard

This feature, available in the Sys Admin tab, allows the user to generate and export Callout and Resource Assist reports based on the parameters selected.

The purpose is to present the user with many numerical statistics in a consistent format.

• Stats are calculated by schema and month.

• Calculations are generally made without regard to current status in order to maintain historical data.

• Data that occurs over a time range is counted toward the month in which the end point occurs.

Stats Calculations:

API Calls

Failed API GET Calls

• Number of API calls using GET method

• Failed result, response code is not one of 200-205, 207

Failed API edit Calls

• Number of API calls using methods other than GET

• Failed result, response code is not one of 200-205, 207

Successful API GET Calls

• Number of API calls using GET method

• Success result, response code is one of 200-205, 207

Successful API edit Calls

• Number of API calls using methods other than GET

• Success result, response code is one of 200-205, 207

 Total API calls

• Number of API calls without regard to method or result

Callout

Average Daily Callouts

• Number of callouts, as defined below, divided by the number of days in the month

Average Daily Calls

• Number of calls, as defined below, divided by the number of days in the month

Average Daily Fills

• Number of fills, as defined below, divided by the number of days in the month

Average Duration

• Averaged elapsed time in minutes divided by the date range selected

Callouts

• Number of callouts across all locations

• Manual callouts are included

• Open callouts are not included

Calls

• Number of calls across callouts

• Based on existing callout stats from eg Rollup Report

• Open callouts are not included

Duration Standard Deviation

• Average of the deviations in the duration, with the selected date range

Fill Percentage

• Number of fills divided by number requested across callouts

• Based on existing callout stats from eg Rollup Report

• Open callouts are not included

Fills

• Number of fills across callouts

• Based on existing callout stats from eg Rollup Report

• Open callouts are not included

Requested

• Total number of resources requested by month

General

Average Daily Logins

• Number of logins, as defined below, divided by the number of days in the month

Logins

• Number of web and mobile logins by month

Resource Assist

Average Accept Time

• Hours between Initiated and Accepted status, averaged over requests

Average Allocation Time

• Hours of allocation duration, averaged over resources

Average Close Time

• Hours between Initiated and Closed status, averaged over requests

Average Crews Per Event

• Number of crews allocated, averaged over events

• Only events with crew allocations are considered

Average Fill Time

• Hours between Initiated and Filled status, averaged over requests

Average Release Time

• Hours between Filled and Closed status, averaged over requests

Events Archived

• Number of events set to Archived status

Events Created

• Number of newly created events

Requests Closed

• Number of requests set to Closed status

Requests Created

• Number of newly created requests

Requests Received

• Number of incoming requests by Responder Portal company

Responding Partners Employees Added

• Number of newly added employees by Responder Portal company

Responding Partners Equipment Added

• Number of newly added equipment resource by Responder Portal company

Responding Partners Vehicles Added

• Number of newly added vehicle resources by Responder Portal company

SIREN

Average Daily SIREN Calls

• Number of SIREN calls, as defined, divided by the number of days in the month

Average Daily SIREN Notifications

• Number of SIREN notifications, as defined, divided by the number of days in the month

SIREN Calls

• Number of SIREN calls across all locations

SIREN Notifications

• Number of SIREN notifications across all locations

SIREN Mass Calling

Average Daily Mass Calling Calls

• Number of SIREN Mass Calling calls, as defined, divided by the number of days in the month

Average Daily Mass Calling Events

• Number of SIREN Mass Calling events, as defined, divided by the number of days in the month

Mass Calling Calls

• Number of SIREN Mass Calling Calls across all locations

Mass Calling Events

• Number of SIREN Mass Calling events across all locations
