ARCOS Administrators can add, update, maintain, and remove a second online help link as needed. When a Help Link URL is entered, a blue box with a white question mark in the middle appears in the top bar of ARCOS next to the Logout button.
Note: To view the new, updated, or removed link you must refresh the web page or log out of ARCOS then log back in.
To Enter a New Help Address or Edit an Existing Help URL

Click the Help Link button on the Sys Admin tab. The Edit Help Link URL page displays.

Type the new URL in the URL textbox or modify the existing URL.

Click the Submit button.
To Remove an Internal Help URL

Click the Help Link button on the Sys Admin tab. The Edit Help Link URL page displays.

Select all of the text in the URL textbox to delete it.

Click the Delete or Backspace key on your keyboard.

Click the Submit button.
