This Data Purge screen allows Admins to set the amount of time, after which data created for Callouts, Schedule Records, Rosters, etc, will be permanently deleted from the system.
To Access the Data Purge Screen

Click the Sys Admin tab. The main System Administration page displays.

Click the Data Purge sub-tab. The Data Purge Feature Admin screen displays.

Enter the amount of time for Data Retention in years, the range is minimum 3 to maximum 15 years, after which the data will be deleted from the system.
Note: Leaving this field blank will disable this feature.

Click Submit to enable the function to first run after the entered amount of years have passed or Submit & Run Now to run immediately and again after the entered amount of years have passed.
Data Purge Report
Clicking the Data Purge Report button opens the Data Purge Report page.

Select a Start Date and End Date to be displayed in the the report.

Enter any Keywords, Names, etc, in the Search Pattern field to filter results.

Click Generate Report or Generate in New Window if you prefer to view the results in a new window. The purged data that meets the selected criteria is displayed.
Click the Reset button to enter new search parameters.
Clicking the Save Report button opens the Saved Reports page allowing the user to enter a description, select to make Public, allowing other users to view/edit, and save as a New report.
To overwrite an existing report, click the Overwrite link in the Actions column.
