The Billing Summary Report is a report that resides on the SysAdmin tab. The Billing Summary Report allows the user to select date/time range for a storm period and view the number of inbound and outbound call along with the total cost associated with the calls by level 4 location.
To Generate the Billing Summary Report

Click the Billing button on the SysAdmin tab.

Use the Calendar Icons, under the Start Date section, to select the start date and time of the storm period.
Note: When using the calendar icons, select the time before selecting the date. If the date is selected first, the calendar picker will automatically close.

Use the Calendar Icons, under the End Date section, to select the end date and time of the storm period.
Note: When using the calendar icons, select the time before selecting the date. If the date is selected first, the calendar picker will automatically close.

Click the Generate Billing Summary button. The Billing Summary Report displays in a new window.

Click the level 4 location to view call details from that specific location.
