Follow these instructions to assign a Holiday to multiple employees at one time.

Navigate to the location the employees who will work the holiday reside in.

Click the Holiday button on the Sys Admin tab. The Holiday Admin page displays.

Click the holiday name. The list of employees in the current Level 4 location displays.

Click the checkbox in the Works Normal Shift column for each employee who will work their regular shift on the holiday.

Click the Save button at the bottom of the screen. The employee list refreshes with a message indicating the holiday data was saved successfully.
