ARCOS logs every action taken on all employees and their devices and reports the results in the Call Detail Report. The Callout History provides an accounting of these actions. This information can be viewed while a callout is in progress and after it has been completed or closed.
To View the Callout History Report

Click the Callout tab. The Callout screen displays.

Click View. The View Open Callouts screen displays.

Click the Callout ID number of the callout for which you want to view the callout progress history. The Callout Detail Report for the selected callout displays.

Click the History button on the Callout Detail Report screen. The Callout History Report for the selected list displays.
