A callout may need to be transferred to another ARCOS user if there is a shift change and a different dispatcher must track the progress of an open callout.
It is important that the owner of the callout monitor it because the pop-ups that occur do not display for anyone except the owner.
To Transfer Callout Ownership

Click the Callout tab. The Callout screen displays.

Click View. The View Open Callouts screen displays.

Click the Transfer checkbox on the call you wish to transfer.

Locate the name of the operator to which you wish to transfer the callout in the Transfer to: dropdown window at the bottom of the page.

Click Submit. The callout is transferred to the selected person and the Callout Owner column is updated to reflect the change.
