There are several edit functions with the Callout Edit Screen. They include increasing/decreasing the number of employees requested for a callout
and resubmitting the callout starting over from the first position on the roster, increasing the number of employees requested for a callout and resuming from the last person called, rolling over a call to another location, and overriding an employee's schedule exception.
Note: Only callouts that have not reached the end of the list can be resumed. See also Inbound Callback Rule for additional uses of the Resume function.
To Rollover a Callout

Click the Callout tab. The Callout screen displays.

Click View. The View Open Callouts screen displays.

Click edit in the Callout ID column of the callout you wish to resubmit. The Callout Edit Page for that callout displays.
Note: Once a callout has been submitted, you cannot change the Work Start time of the callout. A conflict can be created if the work time is modified after employees have been called and/or accepted.

Click Alternate Action. The list of available options displays in the Select an Action pop-up.

Select Rollover from the list. The choice in the Action column now becomes Rollover.

Click Rollover. The Roster Picker for the current Level 4 location displays.

Click the Class/Workgroup name you wish to select. The selected name turns pink.
Note: You can also select another location by clicking the Loc Selector button on the Roster Picker.
