The Survey Results Report is only available through the Callout Detail Report for callouts that utilize web surveys. The Survey Results Report contains a list of questions within the survey and their available responses; this section of the report is called the Survey Info. Employees, who have responded to a survey type of callout or have received an e-mail with the survey link, are displayed in the Survey Responses section of the report.
To view the Survey Results Report, go to the Callout Detail Report (for the callout you want to see the survey responses for), and click the Survey button.
Callout Information
The first section in the Survey Results Report is the Callout Information. Here you can view the Callout ID, Callout Type, Callout Reason, Current Status, OpCenter, who created the callout, Effective Date and Time, and the Callout Description.
Survey Info
The second section in the Survey Results Report is the Survey Info. This section shows the Question Order Number, Question Description, and the Question Type (or Available Responses). These questions are customize able when the callout type is first setup in your system.
Survey Responses
The third section in the Survey Results Report is the Survey Responses. This section shows a breakdown of all employees who responded, their response to each question, and how they responded: WEB (WEB represents the online survey). Follow the steps below to modify an employee's answers/responses:

Click the employee's name. A new window will open.

Change the answers as desired.

Click Submit.
Note: The online survey link within the employees' e-mails will only be available when the callout is open. To change an employee's responses after a callout is closed use the steps above.
Survey Summary
The last section in the Survey Results Report is the Survey Summary. This section includes a breakdown of the number of employees who were contacted, the number of contacts that responded, the percentage of people who responded, and the percentage of employees who responded to each.
