Crew Manager Reports

Crew Manager Activity Report

The Crew Manager Activity Report shows a list of all ARCOS users who are in a security group that has access to Crew Manager along with the number of times the user accessed Crew Manager and the number of changes they made and saved within Crew Manager.

From the main report level the you can click the detail link next to a contact's name to display the Sessions Summary page for the user, which displays a list of the user's session.

You can then click the detail link next to a session to display the actions the user saved during that session. 

The Crew Manager Activity Report allows users to search by location, date/time range and classification.

To Generate a Crew Manager Activity Report

1. Click the Activity Report button on the Crew Manager tab. The report selector displays.

2. 

3. Select a Parent Company, Business Unit, Division,and OpCenter from their respective dropdown lists.

Note: Click and drag or <Ctrl> + click to select multiple Parent Companies, Business Units, Divisions or OpCenters.

4. Select Start and End dates and times from the Calendar Picker.

5. Select the Classification(s), if desired.

Note: Click and drag or <Ctrl> + click to select multiple Classifications.

6. Click the Generate Report button, to display the report in the same window, -OR-

Click the Generate in New Window button, to leave the current window open and display the report in a new window, -OR-

Click the Reset button, to clear currently selected search criteria and return the selector to default settings, -OR-

Click the Save button, to save the report. See Saving a Report for more information on this functionality.
