Creating future crew member/s assignments in Crew Manager via the API

Details  

In instances where users are planning for future events and are looking to assign crew members to Crew Manager crews ahead of time, the API can be utilized to accomplish this task.

Solution  

• The POST call method below needs to be sent to the Crew Manager endpoint.

• The Crew ID and Member contact ID/s are required and will have to be included on the request payload.
• Most importantly, the PIT must be specified under PARAMS for the member/s to be assigned to the crew/s at the correct date and time.

• Assigning crew member to a future PIT – 12-31-2023 at 09:00.

• Member is now successfully assigned to the existing crew at the future date and time listed on the PIT value above.
